hope.GATHERING

I was honored to be chosen for a curated art show focusing on Hope in NYC. Originally another piece I painted was chosen, but once I began working on this project I felt it had heavier weight of what hope means to me: Justice and being a voice for the voiceless. The curators agreed to swap the pieces for the show.

Thank you for those who stayed and discussed the piece after the event. It was good to hear others interpretations of it and discuss ways we can get involved as a voice for the voiceless.
